Being Obedient to God

Psalms 103 17-18 says that the Lord shows 👉continuous👈💕loyal love💕 to his faithful👐 followers , and is faithful to their descendants, to those who keep their covenant, who are carefully to obey his commands .

Psalms 103 17-18 is one of those verses in The Bible that are very easy to read. When I say easy to read I mean it is very easy to comprehend right away. The Bible is a book that you must know the history of the scripture before knowing what the verse really means. A lot of people don’t know this which is one of the reasons a lot of people misinterpret scripture .

Psalms 103 17-18 doesn’t require any knowledge of history because it is very blunt and easy to understand. It tells you that if you stick with God your entire life,  follow his commands and keep your covenant that he will show continuous love and be faithful to your descendants.

When it comes to the commandments of God some people seem to think that we only have 10 but that is not the case.  Another thing I want to mention is some people seem to think that the 10 commandments is the only part of The Bible that is needed and I am here to let you know that , that is a lie from Satan himself.

The ten commandments are very important but so is Revelations 22:19 which says,” If anyone takes away from the words of the book of prophecy(The Bible ), God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.”(Revelations 22 1-2, below)

Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

God has a history of showing people that he means what he says . Let’s take Israel for example , he told Abraham in Genesis 15:5 that he would have as many descendants as as the stars!  Abraham couldn’t even count countable of the stars so that shows that God was telling him that he would have so many descendants that he couldn’t even count them , imagine that ! ☺

God also said in Genesis 12 1-3 that he will bless whoever blesses Israel and he curse whoever curses Israel. God is not like humans he doesn’t say one thing one moment and then change his mind the next minuyte. God is a very serious and loving God and I feel sorry for someone who thinks he is playing because he isn’t.

We should always remain faithful to God because he is always faifaithful to us and when we are faithful to him he gives us the desires of our heart according to Psalms 37:4 . A lot of people think they can get blessings and still be disobedient and unfaithful to God but that’s not what The Bible says !

The prosperity gospel (The prosperiy gospel is a doctorine of demons.) tells you that you will be blessed and still live a life style that is unpleasing to God but that isn’t what The Bible says.

Overall it Is very important to stay obedient to God and to obey God and all of his commands.

    1. If we mess up by a mistake God will forgive us but to do something knowing that it is wrong is sinning and according to Romans 6:23 :For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

We are automatically forgiven but God is a smart God he knows when we are trying to be slick and sin and he knows when he sin by a mistake.Their is a way to ask forgiveness and that is to pray to God and ask for forgiveness and to make sure never to do it again.
