The Health Crisis In America!

Now days you can get junk food from anywhere! You can even get more candy, chips, and soda from the gas station than gas now days! AMERICA IS THE MOST OBESE COUNTRY IN THE WORLD! THAT’S JUST PLAIN RIDICULOUS WE ARE THE RICHEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD THEIRS NO EXCUSE IN WHY EVERY COMMUNITY DOESN’T HAVE A COMMUNITY CENTER WHERE PEOPLE CAN WORK OUT AND HAVE FUN WHILE BEING SAFE! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF PEOPLE BLAMING FAST FOOD INDUSTRIES FOR THE OBESITY PROBLEM HERE IN THE UNITED STATES. THEY ARE NOT SHOVING THE FOOD DOWN YOUR THROAT AND YOU DONT HAVE TO BUY IT SO WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE BEING CONSTANTLY HARASSED BY HEALTH CRITICS?! EVERYONE  WANTS TO BLAME THEM BUT THE PEOPLE THAT NEED TO BE BLAMED ARE THE ONES THAT AREN’T USING THEIR SELF CONTROL. IF YOU KNOW THAT 2 BIG MACS WITH 2 LARGE FRIES ISN’T HEALTHY THEN WHY EAT IT. FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS SHOULD BE REWARDED AND THE HEALTH CRITICS CRITICIZED. I KNOW YOU’RE PROBABLY THINKING IS HE CRAZY , BUT KEEP READING AND THE STATEMENT I JUST SAID WILL BEGIN TO MAKE SENSE TO YOU. FAST-FOOD IS LIKE A TEACHER WHO TEACHES YOU THAT IF YOU DO IT THEIR WILL BE CONSEQUENCES BUT IF YOU DONT YOU WILL BE REWARDED. THE HEALTH CRITICS ARE BABYING PEOPLE AND THEY AREN’T REACHING PEOPLE TO MAKE DECISIONS THEMSELVES. IF SOMEONE WANTS TO EAT FRIENDS EVERYDAY LET THEM EAT THEM BUT WHEN THEIR ARTERIES GET CLOGGED BY THE FATS AND OIL THEY WILL WISH THEY NEVER WOULD’VE ATE THOSE FRIES. IM ABOUT TO CONTRADICT MYSELF ON THIS PART THOUGH. WHEN PEOPLE GET HEALTH ISSUES DUE TO OBESITY THAT CAUSES THE GOVERNMENT TO HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY AND THAT’S NOT MONEY COMING OUT THEIR POCKET BUT THAT’S MONEY COMING OT OF TAX PAYERS MONEY SO IF YOU PAY TAX 🙂 THAT’S MONEY COMING OUT OF YOUR POCKET BUDDY. THE THINK IS THOUGH YOU SHOULD WANT TO BE HEALTHY; BECAUSE WHEN YOU’RE HEALTHY YOU FEEL GOOD INSIDE AND YOU CAN MOVE AROUND WITHOUT ANY HASSLES.
NOW DAYS YOU DONT Have to eat much of anything because stuff now is literally loaded with calories. one drink is like half a packet of sugar and those “so called” 100 calorie products have recently been called a hoax by some health experts so you aren’t doing anything magnificent to your health by eating these. the bottom line is that you have to check the nutritional INFORMATION ON ANYTHING BEFORE YOU EAT IT. IT MAY EVEN BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE A SET AMOUNT OF CALORIES YOU CONSUME DAILY. I KNOW THIS SOUNDS IMPOSSIBLE AND HARD TO DO BUT IF YOU MAKE THIS A ROUTINE IT WILL BECOME A HABIT AND THEN IT WILL BECOME A PEACE OF CAKE FOR YOU !
IF EVERYBODY WOULD START DOING THIS THE  AMERICA’S DIABETES RATE WOULDN’T BE EXPECTED TO DOUBLE BY THE YEAR OF 2050.
THEIR SI ONE MORE THING I WANT TO DISCUSS AND THAT IS EXERCISING. EVERY FITNESS COMMERCIAL I SEE NOW DAYS IS PROMISING PEOPLE THEY CAN BE IN THE BEST SHAPE OF THEIR LIFE WITHOUT EXERCISING! THAT’S CRAZY, WHEN WE EXERCISE THE BLOOD IN OUR BODY GOES MORE SMOOTHLY THROUGHOUT OUR BODY, SO IF WE DONT EXERCISE HOW CAN WE STILL BE IN THE BEST SHAPE OF OUR LIVES? IF THEIR IS A WAY TO BE SLIM WITHOUT EXERCISING ITS BOTH UNHEALTHY AND UN NATURAL. THE HEALTH CRISIS IN AMERICA HAS GOTTEN SO BAD THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE KIDS PLAY OUTSIDE FOR AN HOUR. YES YOU READ IT RIGHT AN HOUR. I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE OTHER PEOPLE BUT IM STILL DOING THE PLAY 30.
THIS IS AN UNKNOWN FACT: THE RECOMMENDED PHYSICAL WORKOUT TIME IS SET BY THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE IN OUR COUNTRY. I ASKED SOMEONE HOW MUCH TIME DID THE DOCTORS TELL THEM TO WORKOUT AND DO YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAID? THEY SAID THE DOCTOR TOLD THEM TO PLAY FOR 15 MINUTES. IM ON THAT PROGRAM ALSO! AS LONG AS YOU DO SOME KIND OF PHYSICAL WORKOUT YOU WILL BE IN GOOD CONDITION THAT’S WHY THEY ARE NOW URGING SENIOR CITIZENS TO WORKOUT BECAUSE WHEN YOU MOVE THE BODY IT GOING TO WORK BETTER IN THE LONG TERM.
SO MANY PEOPLE NOW DAYS ARE EATING WRONG BUT THEY WILL WORKOUT FOR 2 HOURS AND PONDER ON WHY THEY ARE GAINING INSTEAD OF LOOSING. NO OFFENSE TO YOU IF YOU DO THIS BUT YOU CANT GO EAT A LARGE CHEESEBURGER COMBO THEN ORDER A DIET DRINK! THAT’S JUST CRAZY. THEIR ARE SOME PEOPLE THAT EAT EVERYDAY THEN GO SPEND ABOUT $500.00 ON WORKOUT EQUIPMENT THEN THEY WONDER WHY  IT DOESN’T WORK.
YOU HAVE TO CUT BACK ON YOUR PORTIONS AND EXERCISE IF YOU WANT TO SEE SOME CHANGE OR OTHERWISE YOU JUST WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME!
I NEVER WILL FORGET ONE TIME I OVERHEARD SOME GIRLS TALKING AND ONE GIRL SAID ,” YOU HAVE TO CUT BACK ON SOME STUFF YOU’RE EATING. “ THEN THE OTHER GIRL SAID , “ IM NOT DOING THAT, I NEVER HAVE AND I NEVER WILL.” WELL UNLESS YOU HAVE A FAST METABOLISM YOU WILL NEVER SEE A DIFFERENCE.
ITS NO SECRET IN WHY PEOPLE’S HEALTH, ESPECIALLY IN THIS COUNTRY , IS DECLINING. JUST EAT RIGHT AND EXERCISE AND LIKE MAGIC YOU WILL FEEL BETTER AND LOOK BETTER! HERE’S REALITY ITS NOT MAGIC , IT CAN BE YOUR REALITY!
